A LITTLEÂ ABOUT MY PRACTICE
Movement and Breath
As a Yoga Instructor, my goal is to help your body and mind connect. Situated in the nation's capital, Ottawa, I incorporate a variety of traditional practices in movement, breath, and meditation to help each student practice their own unique form of yoga.
The road of yoga is endless - it all starts with a pose and a thought, and expands into a never-ending path of self discovery and growth. I value each and every person who joins my class and I look forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals.

Step into your yoga body
In the Asana Workshop class you get to explore and breakdown the poses as they pertain to your body and abilities. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you refine your form. This is a small class, so you get personalized attention and adjustments according to your specific needs.
